It was 10 pm and she told me housekeeping would be up but didn't know when.
She never made eye contact and didn't apologize. Left me waiting to come back with a $50 credit to all the crap they sell in the hotel. I went down and the person I spoke to could barely be bothered. I was not cleaning up wet dirty towels too. I had to take my own garbage out and ask for new garbage bags. They left wet disgusting towels on our bathroom floor. We've call many times and after the 5th day, they sent someone to unclog the shower head and maintenance used our clean towels I had requested (since no housekeeping ) to clean up the shower head. The shower is ice cold unless you run it for 20 -30 min first and we had no shower pressure.
My main reason for writing this review is after being here for 5 days, our room hasn't been cleaned once. This has been a horrible experience since day 1. Please save yourself the aggravation and book somewhere else.
